What is Holistic Training?

Holistic training sessions are 60-90 minutes long. In your sessions, your holistic trainer, Kent Burden combines elements of traditional personal training (warm-up, strength training, circuit training, etc.) and mind body elements (Feldenkrais, Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi) coordinated specifically for you and your individual needs. Each session is more than a workout; it is a teaching session that incorporates movement and includes nutritional counseling and stress reduction techniques.

RATES

Individual sessions (pay as you go)                                      $100.00 per session

Package A (5 sessions prepaid)                                            $425.00 ($85.00 per session)

Package B (10 sessions prepaid)                                           $750.00 ($75.00 per session)

Package C (20 sessions prepaid)                                           $1,000.00 ($50.00 per session)
